attitude went above and beyond to make it right

I was shocked

they replaced bad seeds at no charge

twice!

I popped 20 cali beans
black water & Buddha tahoe
horrible gerimination rate
since almost all failed I thought I must have done something to cause it so I let it go

so I popped another 20 cali beans (Buddha Tahoe and blackwater) along with a few others from others

100% germination on the others but 100% failure on all cali beans

got in contact
they sent replacements

the replacements ogiesel and something else??
they completely failed

sent them a message to let them know the cali gear is bonk

they sent me replacements again

just got them ...

I was bummed out by cali
but I have to say
the attitude went above and beyond to make it right

First mistake was Getting Cali connection beans.

I've just recently popped a pack of his tahoe og kush and had 100% germ rate and got 3 beautiful keeper females so not all his beans are bunk!

The thread is about Attitude though and I've been a repeat customer of theirs for 7 years, they have never let me down. They even replaced a whole order (over $350US worth) that tracking said was delivered but I never got, because I'm seen as a good customer! Attitude and Choice FTW

I have been wondering the same thing, I placed a order with seedsman and I made the mistake but there is no way to get in touch to correct it! I never had a problem with attitude!
If they are up and going let me know!

Again, I don't understand what you mean by "no way to get in touch".
They have a customer support system on the website. I made several big orders there for a friend who was too afraid to order seeds to his place (illegal state)
and one of the freebies I was eligible for was missing, I opened a ticket, got an answer in 24h, they sent the missing freebies.
Very happy with them so far.

I told them I hadn't received the freebies with an order some time back, so they re-sent the whole order! So not only did I end up getting the freebies that were supposed to be with the initial order but I received a whole other free pack of White Fire Alien, so I was pretty pumped about that

no they don't

as a matter of fact they warned me that they should by law ignore me and they cant speak of germintation cuz I shouldn't be geriminating them lol

gave me a disclaimer (more or less) understandably/likely to protect themselves

but after we got pasted that they were very helpful

i posted a picture with a title stating "a picture is worth a thousand words"

the pic showed a flat with high % of success in all brands(each with labels that could be read) except the cali beans which failed miserably

on a side note;I also have a long standing account/customer and have never complained so theres no reason for them to suspect im trying to get over on them

they always took great care of me too. no matter what was needed to do so.

which is a huge step up from the other places ive shopped ...when theyres a problem of any kind they just ignore you

fortunately I never had that issue, never sent cash or money order either. with a credit card I can cancel payment no questions asked any time and merchants know that

Biggest problem with attitude and choice seedbank is they never send breeders packs, just lil baggies with names on them, makes you wonder if they are just labeling random seeds w/e they want. I stopped using them for this very reason.

yep, if you order less than a breeder pack and/or you dont check the box that says "leave seeds in breeder package" thats what you get, little baggies with a snip of breeder pack packaging.

If you check that box you do not get shipping guarantee, and they never gave snippets of what i ordered just a lil baggy with seeds labeled what i ordered, no telling what these seeds are.

I'm trying to move away from online ordering, it's such bullshit that i live in fucking Colorado and there's not a single seedbank in this state. The entire industry is completely ass backwards, the majority of dispensaries can't even grow weed that smokes good, it's embarrassing.

I got hundreds of breeder packs from them through the years, sealed and original. I think the packaging girl prolly switched out your quality seeds for floor stock.

I ordered a pack of skywalker OG (reserve prevada) and got stellar plants 6 out of 6 where great and super super dank og rotten stank like fucking crazy maybe like bluberry ogs

ordered them again cuz it was so yummy I wanted to get a mom but the second pack of six didn't look or smell anything like the first 6 in any way after theyd been grown out...it was kinda citrus orange

but that's only happened 1x in a decade so I let it go
could easily also be the breeder

It happened to me two different occasions, and i ordered from them only 3 times. The first time they sent an actual breeders pack. I won't order again unless they would send in original breeders packs without tempering with them.

I would guess there logic is

better it arrive without interference than to provide the breeders pack

also.. it does say even if you request the breeders pack you may not get it

some of the breeders for example hso are using these large wooden boxes for example
so im betting those are more likely to be removed from the original pack

although I must say..they did ship me the blue dream in the wood one time

I ordered from choice seed bank but now i'm looking for a better spot, i tried the dank team and it was alright, just pricey and they don't send any freebies, but they sent original breeders packs. I plan to go to house of dankness if they ever stock their seeds and pickup some ghost train haze #1 , feels best when you are handed the pack from the breeder.
