ATTN successfully 6x6 rockwool cube growers

Hello everyone, I am looking for those who have a similar set up ebb and flow. I have read so many different post on rockwool grows and watering schedule. I know every grow is different but I want to hear from those who successfully grow in rockwool cubes on a couple inches of hydroton what there flooding scheduale is. IE - how high, how long, how frequent at different stages of growth. Pictures would be appreciated as well.

5 cycles a day
First at lights on.
Last right before lights out.
Three spread evenly inbetween.

When you flush out and ph your blocks let them stand and drain overnight discarding any slow drainers.
I was getting about 10% of blocks with drainage problems, even with using sm-90.

Do you add peroxide in res? Do your cubes always stay heavy? Do you do 5 15 minute floods a day from the start or once the roots fill the block? You also use the 6x6 cubes?

No - I used 4x4's and 3x3's = The size does not matter! It's still 5 cycles a day!
