autoflowers not autoflowering

need some advice before I chop and start again
Been growing double diesel ryder auto flowers, using Ionic Hydro nutrients in a flood and drain system with a light cycle 18/6. its now week 10 and there isn't a single bud. any ideas or advice, thanks

throw them on a shorter light cycle, 12/12 should get them to thorw out some pistols,fuck around b4 you go crazy and chop em
