I have the following idea and I wanted to run it by the community.
Here is a figure: the X denotes 70V COBs and the Y cobs denote 50V COBs

Summary: the above 12 COBs would be running at 700 mA, with the center-most COBs 20V lower (approximately) than the ones on the perimeter. Figure not drawn to scale----the arrangement of the three fixtures would be in a 4x4.
