so i set up a small 3X3.5 foot cab for veg in an old rubbermaid cabinet i had, but its at like 86-90 degrees all day with just a 2 foot 4 bulb t5, i just got 4 muffin fans to help circulation, but they dont have normal power cords, just the bare wires, whats the best way to hook them up, is there a 4 way controller i can buy?

I'm not sure what a muffin fan is.
If the voltage is 12 volts DC. You can get thoe power inverters from radio shack. I have one called a bull dog. It has multiple terminals on the end of them that put out 12 volts each. You can just wire each one of these up to your fans.

If these fans are 120 VAC, then you can buy lamp cords, extension cords, or kits. Just cut the ends off the cords and strip the wire and connect each one to the fan. Plug and chug. If you have a 3rd wire (the grounding wire), you can just cap that one off and not use it.

PS It's great that you are circulating the air around inside the cab, but remember your goal also is to move the heat out of there. Make sure you get one of those fans pointing out of the cab etc...
Good luck!

ya i'm planning on putting two fans blowing air in towards the bottom/middle, and two exhausting out the top on the opposing side
