Can't wait to ride the burro. Have been waiting for well over 20 years.

Canndo, what sativas have you smoked to take you closest to those places? If you can get close smoking, that is.

i'm pretty sure ayahuasca is native to south america, but i have heard of 'travelling' shaman around the world bringing with them cuttings of this sacred vine. anyone know of these people in the states right now?

cant travel to south america right now

As far as I know the ayahuasca vine isn't controlled. You can also use Syrian rue seeds as a source of MAOIs.

The circles are pretty secretive. Check out ayahuasca.com to see if you can make some in-roads. Otherwise, even ebay sells it, among many other vendors. The preparation is pretty time-consuming--about 8 hours of simmering on a stove, but the groups in the US and Canada charge a lot of money to participate which, to me, minimizes the sacred part of it. All countries bordering the Amazon and beyond have an ayahuasca culture: Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil.
