Has anybody ever turned the light back up to 24 hours the last 2 weeks of budding? It take at least 2 weeks to go back to veg. Which I did for a mother plant and the little buds I left started growing like crazy:peace:

Poor confused plants.....
lol that makes me think of the butters getting cartmans wiener in his mouth episode of south park
"look at this! are you feeling confused?"
butters - "well yes! i find this very confusing" lol
wouldnt changing the lights back with two weeks left affect the trichs and potetency of the plant? also did you do that for the purpose for revegging the plant? if so that would make sense so your not chopping the plant and switching the light cycle at the same time thus reducing stress and giving it greater chances of survival and revegging...

Your running a high risk of stressing your plant. You may see some seeds doin so.. I think by switching your gonna throw off your plants in a negative way. By changing back to 24 hours your gonna tell your plants to start pulling more N for green growth and less P and K which are what the buds need. I think your gonna shoot your self in the foot.. Keep us posted

IMO It's going to tell the plants to stop budding best case scenario. Severe hermies and drop in potency worst case. Cutting the light back MORE works for some strains to help them finish.

what is your goal?

i mean he said when he did it his buds exploded, so i can see how it may work. stress causes hermies most in the first couple weeks of flowering. i dont think stressin them like that the last two weeks would be enough time to create seeds. the extra light may increase yield i suppose. only one way to find out

I looking to turn it back veg for a mother. As it's was turning back ,I was just watching all the stages it went thru and for the 1st 2 weeks it grew seed pods with trichs all over at first and now ihave great little mom. I real close to taking all kinds of cuttings. It was a great snowy plant. Don't know the name.

i know a guy that did that in the last 2 DAYS
nowhere near long enough to make hermies or reveg, just long enough to boost the buds a bit
