Bad experience turned not so bad

I sent another email like "what's up guys still nothing ". They asked for my money order receipt then proceeded to tell me how they've had problems loosing orders and will send me what they can. I said fuck u send my order . They said sorry but we lost not only yours but other people's money and if we gave you what you said we owe you then we'd go bankrupt. This was this morning and here I am out of 400+ because I tried to get some deal from them too. Good people of RIU STAY AWAY FROM SEEDVAULTCA, HOLISTICNURSERY

So we go back and forth a bit and finally he calls me phone so I picked up. He proceeds to tell me about the problems he's having lately with his business and how there's all types of peeps out there taking advantage of him and he's not robbing me. I accepted his apology and decided to change my rant to a I appreciate the effort. Don't get me wrong I'm not happy about taking a L but homie did offer me some free gifts and really hit my phone to explain so that meant a lot. @killAgreenguy I believe you said that you had delivery confirmation? Even then, doesn't holistic nursery ask that the check be made out to their business? If so, there wouldn't be any reason for someone at the post office to take the check and deliver an empty envelope to holistic.

This is the reason I've been cautious with orders.
