Bag Seeds in Fox Farm Soils

Got a few bag seeds from a friend of a friend. The baggie had 2 labels in it. One said Trainwreck, the other said Lemon Diesel. No idea if thats actually what I have, but 6 of 6 popped. #1-5 have already been put into plastic cups with FFHF and placed in the tent

6/28/2022 All have their first set if real leaves and with their first lights off in the tent, they have stretched up above the top of the cups.



24 hour ranges for temp and humidity seem to be good right now. We will see once I get the inline fan and filter plumbed up how much that sucks out of there.

Adjustable hangers and the filter sleeve came in today for the charcoal canister. Got those hung up in the tent and rehung the light with the hangers. Also got the power strip up off the floor and zip tied to the frame up top. I also topped off the cups with a little more FFHF as they were a bit leggy.

Couple of questions:
I don't need the fan and filter yet, but testing it out, it has some serious negative pressure even on the low setting. Is this a bad thing? Will it cause premature wear to the fan? I can open up vents on the bottom while in veg, but probably don't want to do that during flower due to light.

How far up should the led be above the seedlings?

Day 6
I lowered the light quite a bit last night. The plants appeared to be nice and happy this morning. Lights should be going off any time now for the day. I look forward to seeing how they do today. They are all above the rims of the cups now and most have started their second sets of real leaves.

Day 9 or something. Not sure when to start counting, but who cares? Plants are doing alright.

Also, for anyone checking out this unbelievably average grow, all tips and comments are welcome.

Day 10

They put on some size today. A couple of them are looking like they have a little wrinkling going on with the leaves. Any ideas? No biggie yet?

Day 12
They continue to grow and 4/5 are looking great. 1 of them however is looking a little rough around the edges. Is this something that it will grow out of? Maybe its just sensitive to the soil?

Day 15

The wonky plant seems to be growing out of whatever was happening. New growth is coming in and looking normal.

Last night, I swapped out the blurple Viparspectra for a newer 150W led. The light off of this thing is wild compared to the blurple. Within an hour of putting the new light in, 2 plants started smelling. Not sure if coincidence or if the brighter light triggered something. Either way, plants are looking great this morning after 10 hours or so under the new light.

Day 19

A little droopy and a couple have a few rust spots. I'm guessing that they are to the point that they have used up the food in the little cup of soil and are ready to move up in container size and to some fresh soil.

Day 21

These guys/gals are short and stacked. Is that good? Bad? Should I pull the light up a bit or keep it where its at? Is there enough room to top them? Since these are bag seeds, I have no idea whether they are male or female. What is the best/quickest way to sex them so I'm not wasting time or dirt?
