Bagseed grow almost 3 weeks into flower - How they look? Still okay to lollipop?

Post another full plant pic as they are looking at the moment.
Hello again, sorry I haven't been on in over a fortnight to give y'all some new pics.
They are looking all right, although they lost a lot of leaf mass from the flush (lots of fan leaves were consumed). Now they are mostly bud and a few remaining fan leaves, and the bud is looking quite frosty on my runt especially, thanks to the cold weather we've been having; all three ladies are starting to put on weight.
I will post pictures tonight when they go into their day cycle.

This is a typical bud from my tallest lady.
These black spots have only been getting worse, and it looks like a Manganese deficiency in the late stages, but I'm not sure how to handle it anymore.
It's probably 4 weeks from full maturity/bud ripeness, but I don't know if I'm just pouring expensive water into a sinking ship at this point..
Notice how the black spots on the leaves run mainly down the middle.. Affected leaves are pretty crispy..

Neither of my other plants are affected, and this one affected plants seems to have some sort of root mite/aphid growing underneath it..
This particular lady is taller than the others (was left untopped) and her roots come out the bottom of my smart pot. I don't want to disturb her "exterior roots", but they have given way to teeny tiny white mites/aphids that I see crawling around the bottom of the black dishes when I go water them.
I wash these dishes to get rid of all visible mites, but they're in the medium at this point... Thankfully, they have not attacked the other two plants.

These white mites are very small, but I haven't been able to match a pest infestation photo to my particular case.
I just got my 60x jeweler's microscope (for trich inspection) in the mail, so I'll try to get a better look at them, but I think it'll be pretty fuckin' difficult.

The bugs Could be springtails. I had a similar issue years ago where I would see them in the tray and when I watered they would go crazy. I had them for a long time and then they disappeared. At the time I thought they had come from using cannazym but I was probably wrong. They didn't cause me any issues. Thinking about it, it was when I used auto pots that I had them, probably because the bottom of the pot stayed wet most of the time. You could raise your pots above your trays so that they are not sat in the run off and the bottom gets air and doesn't stay sopping wet. I have seen a few guys with cloth pots with roots poking out, which to me would suggest they are staying too wet to properly air prune.

It does look like Manganese Def, but not sure what to suggest since its not happening on the other plants. Maybe it is bug related.
All you can do for manganese def is flush it with a normal dose of nutrients to remove any build up and keep ph on the low side.
Like I say though, strange its on one plant only. Unless there has been a build up on that plant due to it lagging behind..
