Basically this ----> maybe some bending of the main growth tip to get it close to even with the secondary branches. IMG_0267.jpg

I don't know much about stress training or fimming. But I heard a plant doubles in size when done flowering. So if you want them to stay small..

Yeah I know. Hm well I guess I will just wait till they have grown in where I clipped them and then flip the light schedule. I keep getting minor light leaks from tape coming undone. Gotta take care of that first. Next time I'll just do 1 plant so I can have a better chance of SCrOGing it. Just not enough space and impractical to do anything except LST them. Ill just keep them low. Thats all I can do.

Could lst them in a circle. then flip to 12/12
That's actually what I have sort of been doing since I can't really keep branching it out from the pot. Again I really love seeing the lower growth happening. I've seen other micro growers and their bushy plants. Lots of tiny buds sites.

I am more determined than ever to see this though...unless if I get some males then they will be annihilated without question. My connect for bud has blown me off to the best of my knowledge totally ignoring me while blatantly leaving their phone on.

So being able to sustain myself with a supply is my goal.

Yeah the secondary growth happens so fast. It's amazing.
By morning everything will be flipped up again. This plexi glass was a good idea, constant temps between 79 and 81. I mean its not as low as it should be but beats 85 and really beats 90.

Hey, ya gotta do what ya gotta do. I have a house of my own so I can grow where I please. Gotta be nerve wracking having your mom walking around your room. I didn't even want my mom at my house the first week of growth. cus I had them on my dining room table.

Eh there are precautions I take to lessen the chance of them coming into my room. But my greatest asset is just not snooping around other peoples things. I've hidden and neatly placed all things growing into one place so only the grow case is what you can see.

The wiring and reflective tape kind of gives it away that it is not normal. If they ever do ask I plan to just say that I am not growing anything yet and am just planning to start some vegetable indoor grow. We do have a grow area downstairs that we have for starting seedlings so its not nearly enough to sustain these babies or any other vegging for that matter. So far no smell and if you put your nose to the exhaust it just smells like carbon thus far. I also have the screen in on the panel but if you try opening and pull it you can still see in through the corner. So that is the like the main worry in case of breach. They have only come in and seen my set up once so far. Only once was I questioned and I just said its an experiment and brushed it off like nothing and started playing with the dog and started talking about something else. Its the flowering phase that will be the real test. They already know I smoke bud so if i can contain the smell in the room and keep it toned down then I should be good.

My mom has a super keen sense of smell. I do too. I could even change out of my clothes and throw on some fresh ones, and she would smell it on my skin or something. idk. Blood hound for a mother.

But I was always up to something, so she had a reason to pay attention lol.

Yeah not too worried. More worried about them going male or turning hermie while flowering. I see a lot of successful first grows. Hoping I can achieve one of those. Even if it will be a small yield. Its the experience I want. I've already picked up on a lot of things I plan to do differently for next grow. I was gonna just grow out all my bagseeds first but I am thinking of doing one of my bought seeds only if I can get to the finish on this one.

What kind of carbon filter and fan are you using? Trying to think of one for my set up that isnt too loud, i doubt it could be louder then my ac unit thats just above the box.

Mine is only good to a point. I have 2 sheets of the carbon filter pad refills put into the screen of the exhaust housing on the top. That way all the hot air goes up for the most part and instead of needing to force the air through. It just resinates up through the filter. All I smell is the carbon filter when I am near it so I am happy with that. I know it wont last long once the smell is stronger though. When I open it there is a whiff of that vegging bud smell. Its faint but noticeable when by it.

My fans together basically sound like my AC or even just like another computer. Before I Had it set up like this I was trying different things and at one point it sounded like a lawnmower it was so loud.

URGENT:

I really wanted to check out my babies so I made it dark and put on a green light. Somehow not surprised my plexiglass cool tube idea has failed in that its weight could not be supported with how I put it in there. It was resting on one of my plants and cut my other one off from air flow for how ever long it was down. The one it was resting on is pretty low and the leaves look a little mangled probably just from being under it and not being able to use those leaves. They are still in the dark until 3pm and it is now going to be 1 here. I have a trip to make and then will be back later when the lights are back on. I know they will bounce back but I just hope it didn't do too much to them to cause any serious damage.

Just got home and checked out the kids, Not really any damage just a day lost of real growth its okay though. The LST I had done was undone because I didn't secure the ties to the pot so they just moved back to where they were. I pulled them back down and secured them. Should see a nice change by tomorrow. There is some nice growth happening at the top where I had topped and fimmed. Fimmed one is coming back fast while the topped one is slowly growing a set of chutes.

I will add some new pictures later on, trying not to mess with them so much since I did so much LST and that mishap the other night. So later tonight I will put new pics but I can say that the growth below is really happening. All the leaves are facing up again. The stem is growing horizontally like I wanted and I see plenty of lower branching already popping up in search of light. The fimmed portion is growing in nicely although I am not convinced I did it right but we will see when it grows more. The topped one is growing slowly at the cut but there is still chutes coming out slowly.
