ballast for PLB lamp?

i`ve looked around the net and can`t find anything,what is a PLB lamp?
i think it might be for a 150w cfl but am not to sure, anyone have any ideas?

when i was looking on the net mercury lamps kept popping up so i wasnt to sure, thats why i asked, thanks for the reply anyway mate
