Ballast Options (About to Purchase)

Ok, I am looking to buy a 250w mh ballast/air cooled hood. I was going to grab something cheap off ebay or something then decided I should probably just get something with solid reviews so I wouldn't have to mess with it for a while.
The area I am covering is 2 x 2 ebb table. I would like to be able to go bigger with the wattage later, so I am assuming a digital ballast with the option to go up to at least 400w and go between mh and hps would be a plus but not necessary.

Input appreciated on a reputable brand/model.

chinese make some cheap goods, they are a world class manufacturing economy, they spy more than any other company for the purpose of intellectual property so they can make the same goods for less. guy a cheap 400 dimable balast/ cool tube on ebay for 150. nuff said.

i would look at those next generation ballast that you can run like 400 or 600 watters in them, and both mh and hps bulbs.. they look really nice, and if i would have needed a 600 watter, that is what i would have went with over my galaxy 400 watter that also runs 250]s and mh and hps both.. i'm digging my galaxy, and would recommend them as well..
i don't dig the cheap stuff you can get on ebay because heaven forbid you have any kind of a problem with them, who are you going to take it back to?? some fly by night ebay "store" or would you rather have a product that comes with a full on five year factory warranty that if something happens, all you'd have to do it either take it back to where you got it or mail it to the manufacturer?
