Basement grow room. under con

So I decided to turn my decent size room into a grow room. My budget very big so its not complete but what i did was wrap half the room in black tarp I got from the hydro shop it has a white outside or inside. i also got some mylar.

My buddy of mine gave me a home made 250watt hps that I will use once I finish the other side im going to eventually add a 400watt Mh and a 600watt hps. The hps will come bext before most things probably will buy some seeds starting off with all bag seed got some nice nls and sensi star at my friends house but the op is not that big so the clones arent ready

but for the veg side i have 40watt i got 320 all together ill put some cfls along the sides to juice up the light

got this sweet table i got from homedepote fo free total spent their was about 170 paid 50 dollors in change and the self check out said assistant so the ladie got mad because i didnt have my chain marked and forgot to ring up the stand got mylay wrapped around it flecting my light the top is open and the front is strapped with Velcro so i can attend when i need to but heres some pics i gotta stop typing im also using all soil

Very nice start man! I think you have the right idea. I posted on your other thread you started that seemed to end half way through a post. At any rate, I found a video last night of a guy that builds a grow area start to finish doing pretty much exactly what you are wanting to do. You should check it out. Its a little long (over an hour) I only watched half so far gonna finish it right now prob. I think it might be exactly what your looking for.

Yeah i actually had something else in mind but my friend who had a little more experience i should say i took him to home depot my budget wasn't to big but ill get their. i actually watched these videos in the past and just today before i went shopping my friend re introduced me to lol but considering i didnt have the money for a flood table and all that and my env isn't really the place to have a green house but imma fly wit it for now

going to staple the other tarp tom and mylar the inside and just hang my lights ill fill the area and grow slowly but surly

So i tarped the other side with white the white side got the flower room ready to be setup with 250watt hps and the 600watt hps going to add smaller cfls around the veg room but heres wat its looking like got alot of flowering room i cant wait

After couple days of leaving them in the cup with water i changed it to a damp brown paper towl and picked put the best 30 bagseed ones that sprouted. I then let them sit in the room dark for 3 days in peat moss. i just planet the peat moss into these little half gallon buckets i picked up. the room still needs alot of stuff and i dont really know what i wanna do for my flowering side i was thinking two 600watt hps smell is not a problem and i dont think ill need any cooltube hoods a couple of fans in the room should do it. stays pretty chilly in the one room but if i do ill get wat i need.

also will have some nls and sensi star going in a little bit the mother nls i was thinking we could tress it alittle and get some seeds from her. got a baby sensi star mother thats ready to be cut when ever the last picture dont really matter it just showing you the door u would never guess lol

So heres alittle daily update i figure people wanna see the pictures so im going to keep this dail till the day i harvest. anyways ive added the 250watt hps with the 320watt cfls i got. Its seems to be helping i rotate them to the back the ones that been in front of the hps to the back the leaves are looking very green let me know what you thin ive also owered the cfls to about 2-3 inchs above the sprouts cause the cfls seem to be staying cold them selfs im going for the bushy look i dont like strechness lol. but im also going to make a aeroponic cloner im going to hook up another table and run 160watt cfls above them ill hit up home depote in a couple of days to get my supplys keep you updated reguardless mates hope you enjoy my progress and stay checking this out going to order some real medi seeds soon so stay tuned in. enjoy

heres a nice little co2 tank i found with even a valve for 60 bucks. i could run two circles big enough to fill that space cut little slits on them and set the co2 to spray for 15mins every hour kinda got this idea from mr.green the dude on youtube

I'd use the MG organic potting soil instead of the MG organic garden soil you got from now on. They sell it at HD also. The difference is that it has a peat moss mix in it for better drainage in closed containers. The stuff you got is for like sandbox style gardens. Anyways, keep up the good work.

yeah i went to HD with a friend who knew alittle more about soil grows then me. ima hydro man but we got both mixes cause i dont think they had the Mg organic potting soil we figures from that dry stuff with the perlite in it mixed with the soil would be good but idk you seem to know more about it and im not questioning you just tryin get the facts straight i think ill flower in some mg potting soil next the co2 tank might come alittle later because u wanna hook a squirrel fan with some ducting to carbine filter to reduce alittle smell and recyle my air but so far so good going to get more tables for the other side i was kinda trying to go with the 5gal buckets but idk yet bugdet still low peice by peice shopper

Heres some more pictures. Didn't update yesterday nite got alittle tired but i took the best 8 looking ones and got a picture with them on the ground and took two more pictures for the rest. theirs suppose to be 20 but two didnt sprout in the pete moss so ive just been using them to get soil out the bag. i dont wanna use the hps tonight because its super hot out and the temp was already about 79 this morning

Heres some today updates i put the hps on and the light cycle on to 18/6 few of the plants are growing alittle faster then the others but all of them except one has sprouted so im going to use the 3 remaining on my strain called starlite nothern lites x sensi star here are some pictures of the bagseed the flowering room hasn't been hooked up yet still gathering the funds for the two 600watt hps i need

I apologize i didnt update yesterday so im updating tonight.I topped all of the plants except 2. took the hps completely off just going to use the fluoros. let me think what you think i think the hps was burning them alittle and making them really dry so i got a spray bottle today and gave them a good watering ill see the improvments in a couple of days.i also sprayed the inside of my mylar with water to give it some humidity tell me what you think about the droppyness of the plants the flouros are pretty close i dont see much stretching which is what i was aiming for so thats good maybe they will look better in a week or so

So all of them are looking great and starting to see the new growth where i topped them. i have 7 northern lites seeds in germ right now them will be added soon im going to give my babies a week before i post any pictures. ill keep taking pictures through out the days

Had to cut all of the bagseed down due to some inconvenience haha but i didt harvest a northern lites plant for the second time. i got about 5 seeds that cracked 3 under the my lights one in peat moss in a show box other three seeds germining in papper towl

going to make another post here soon with some good progress ill post a link waiting on the 18/6 to cut on so i can go and spray them also got them in 3 6 gal buckets

Actually i seen the tank somehwere online i was looking for a co2 re-leaser or regulator that tank was about 115 dollars i seen though my rooms similar to the guy online i gor cronic i was just asking if this tank would be a good investment
