basement mix sent my plants to ze graveyard?!

Hello all I just recently purchased Royal Gold's Basement Mix from the local hydro store, per their advice and I am having all sorts of problems right now!! I am using it in 2 of my clones, 1 of them is prefectly fine, the other is showing all sorts of terrible symptoms...

for example, the leaves are curling upwards around the edges, and the new shoots aren't growing out at all.. they just gimped... additionally, almost every leaf in the plant is now lime greenish and turning upward(i wish i had a camera to show a better pic)....

anyways, I thoguht itwas a mag deficiency so I got some epsom salt today... I have already flushed the medium and nothing changed, so I got the magnesium today to gamble and see if that will help it...

Has anyone's plants exhibited symptoms like htis... Also if it helps to know, I am using MAXIGRO 10-5-14 for vegetative state and plan to use Foxfarm bloom for flower... the guyy said there were VERY VERY LITTLE NUTES in the mix but it seems like they were precharged and the PH has been thrown off... I tried to flush with PH'd water but Idk its not registering well...

im a little torn between a boron, calcium, and MG deficiency... the plant hasn't seemed to respond to the foilar feed... to be a little more accurate, I notice yellow spots which turn to brown spots, and to clarify on what I meant by curling, I mean that the entire leaf will curl, not just the tip... It will curl and appear dry/rigid(if that makes sense).... I'm still trying to get a camera together to get better confirmation but I could really use some encouragement
