Bathroom Grow

I need some help with a bathroom grow. 2x4 in a 4x8 space.

Current humidity is 35-50% with seedlings. Expecting this to increase with larger plants.
Indoor temperature is hovering around 80 degrees, usually 5 degree higher than outdoor.

Using 400watt cob led fixtures, currently running at 200 watts.

My main concern is humidity and temperature. What optimal temp/humidity should I maintain?

bathroom like the attic is one of the worse places to grow

as above the temps/humidity swings too much

find a closet that you may vent, into the bathroom perhaps ..?

with seedlings aim for 65-75% Rh

staying sharp for the Damping off fungi

one thing noobs mistrust is the size of the intended grow

4x4ft is a better choice

not being in these ranges wont ruin you though, so I wouldnt re-engineer your bathroom or anything. just maintain constant airflow and you'll be fine

If you dont bath or shower in flower u should be fine.

Ah cool. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Just using the extra bathroom. Although growing in apartment is risky but it looks like my upstairs neighbor has a really nice grow operation going. I can always smell weed from his open window and nobody says anything. I'm also in California so it legal to grow now right?

legal, yep. personal grows, 12 veg, 6 flower

I wish that I had never left my bathroom! (do what works for you) Vostok must have had a bad day or something he's usually spot on with what I think is correct.

AFAIK it's 6 total in CA, rec anyway.

you're right, got my laws mixed up. medical limits is 12/6, which I have a recommendation for and my county allows for 12/6 limits. I'm at 5/3 right now

Still blows my mind that you can have 6 plants, as much dried weight as you want, and give it all away if you want, but that 7th plant could get you 6 months in county...

Hmm i have 8 plants at the moment. Problem is they're grown from regular seeds. Im going to cull down to 6 once i find out the sex.

Thanks for advice visajoe. For air flow i put in a vornado fan and a couple clip on fans. I think im good.

If your plant count is 6 legally..have 6. Aint worth the risk.

for sure. but it beats a zero plant count! lol. baby steps

Thanks for all the information guys. Land lord came over so I moved the plants to my closet for now. Finish building one of the lights. Had a tap broke during my second light. Current running lights at 120 watts, can go up to 230.
