BC bud ("beasters") and the supposed 5 week harvest

Looks like im gonna have my house to myself for a few months, so what am I gonna do? Grow as much bud as possible

I recently overheard a grower discussing something called "BCs" or "beasters". He claimed that it was good weed harvested prematurely, and was a decent smoke for something that is so easy to grow. According to him, it only takes 5 weeks to harvest. I am assuming he meant 5 weeks after vegetative growth.

Is it really possible to harvest 5 weeks into flowering and end up with some decent cheap bud? If anyone here has done this before, or knows of similar methods, please post your knowlege!

This will be my first grow, and I am not really expecting to end up with so me phenomenal shit the first time around. I just want to be able to grow some decent quality stuff (regs/mids level) as much as possible in the 3-4 months that I have.

Buy Feminized Autoflowering Dwarf seeds. They get 14"-20" tall, produce about one ounce smokable weed each (decents smoke too), and they are 10 weeks from seed to harvest usually. You can plant a bunch of these little girls and get some smoke REALLY fast.

Yeah that's about what I'm looking for. Are there any high-yielding plants that flower that quick though? Or would i have to just prematurely harvest a "general" strain? I was hoping to grow some of the smaller, stouter indica plants because they are supposed to be easier to manage indoors. I'm looking to approach 1lb of dried bud per plant.. probably not gonna happen, but that's what I'm hoping for

If you want a bigger yield you will have to get an indica, and it will be at least 15 weeks from seed before you can harvest. Google "Attitude Seed Bank" and you will have more strains to choose from than you know what to do with. My personal favorite non feminized strain is Barneys Farm 8 Ball Kush....almost 100% indica and very compact.

my grapefruit harvest in six weeks after a 6 week veg. total 12 weeks to dank ass bud..beasters are just commercially grown canadian strains gennerally bikerbud, or the likes.. not always premature . alot of times its bounced for hash or just dried super quick...hash plant matures in 45 days...

Hash plant is indica, right? I actually bought some stuff called hash plant before.. it was sold as "mids" here and was pretty good. Now by mature, do you mean it completes veg growth in 45 days, or it takes 45 days from veg growth till harvest?

What's a grapefruit harvest btw? Is that a type of bud or a type of setup?

I figured I would never get 1lb of (dried) bud from a plant. Say I grew one of these quick-harvest indicas in an average bedroom (I guess 5ft max hight).. about how much would each plant yield? Sorry for all the questions.. I may be a n00b now, but not for long .

u only have 3-4 months to grow n stop? its not worth it u can prolly take 1 week to set up maybe 1 week to germ ......nah man u have to be able to grow for a long time to start..sorry.

Nah, that's not like the limit or anything. Just what I desire. I will have over 6 months starting next month, but would like to grow as much as possible in that time.

you got a lot to learn hit up the gro faq to start flowering taker from 7-11 weeks the longer you veg the more weed you can get but its best to grow a lot of smalle plants indoors like said b4 an autoflowerer in a sog setup will be your quickest option

Look into getting some Couchlock Seeds. I think you could get a good stash outta that one.

I'm basically aware of the right way to do it. I just wanted to see if it can be done faster by either harvesting prematurely or using a special strain.

I[m definitely using a SOG setup, just need to figure out which strains I should try first. I'm gonna be growing indoors using a standard HID setup (MH for veg and HPS for budding) for lighting and soil as the medium. What are some strains that, in your opinion, yield the most bud the quickest under these conditions? The more recommendations I get, the better, as my very first initial grow will probably consist of a bunch of different strains from which I will choose the best performing one.

type of plant and with a sog you can also do a prepetual harvest search for albfucts pound every 3 weeks thread if you wanna do hydro but with soil its real easy too you can harvest every week if you got the room to set up a veg and flowering area with auto flowerers you dnt need a veg room just put em under 20\4 lighting and watch em gro add more every week and you soon will be harvesting once a week

So auto flowerers will bud without having to go through a 12/12 cycle under HPS lights.. you just put them under 20/4 from start to veg until harvest time? Wow that sounds sick!!

ak47 is an auto flowering strain but yea i guess its sick i never grown an autoflowerer b4 i here they finish pretty quick seed to harvest

Even with 6 months it can take two months just to get your seed order, if it arrives at all.

Good luck, I hope you can find clones or seeds near you or something, and then you need to throw them under a lot of light in aero if you actually want to run as fast as you can to get to where you can at least clone or something. Nobody who's growing to get a LOT does anything but run clones, and your best bet is probably a sog in soil with again as much light as you can throw. I don't think you know what an investment you're looking at to grow a lot of weed indoors either, especially considering you can only do it for a short time.

i always herd it refered to as an auto flowering strain wich makes sense to have a name from an automatic wepon for an autoflowering strain but like i said i never grown it b4 so i dont know. thanks for not correcting me and giving neg rep
