BC, Canada need advise users!!!

at what month do you guys plant your outdoor shit????

I am in cali and i plane a month ahead of when i plan on planting. get the soil ready and mark on a map where it will all go down and what not, then go and get everything i need and what not. I plan on starting some plants indoors a month and half before putting them outside so they grow to be trees when they are done
