I have sent him emails saying I will open a dispute etc, etc and no reply. I am going to open a dispute right now but I just noticed a stupid mistake I made.

In the note for the transaction he told me to include what my order was (probably in order for him to use it against me later on) but this is what it said:

- 20 pack of the "FEMINIZED NORTHERN ROMULAN"
- 10 pack of the "BC MIX"
- 10 pack of the "SPECIAL - PURPLE SKUNK"
- 5 pack of the "AFGHANI#5"
TOTAL: $112.00

Please do the quicker "express" shipping option, the one that takes 5-7 days. Also, try to package it stealthy.

Now should I still open a dispute to at least try to get somewhere? I might not escalate it (to keep it low key from PayPal) but I figure I can at least lock the funds and maybe piss him off enough with that. This account CANNOT get locked though, I use it for buying and selling etc etc and it would be too difficult to change, thats why I am being so cautious. I feel stupid for making the decisions I did but now I must suffer.

Hello,

Can you please refund me my $112.00 I sent to you for my items on May 5th ASAP.

I have not received the items, nor have I gotten a reply from you. It has taken several more weeks then you said it would to arrive. I would prefer to just deal with this in a simple manner but I am fully willing to escalate the problem and have PayPal staff review our case, accounts, past sales, etc.

Please refund my money and we can both go about our ways.

i'm glad i just saw this thread because i was going to order through this guy. fuck that guy - fuck him right up his gay ass!

What I don't understand is how come this guy is "sometimes" a scammer, and others he sends out whats promised...I don't get it.

2cool I think it's a matter of he used to send his shit now he doesnt care. I have been reading many bad thngs about this dick head not just here and there any more.

so has anyone found a place to order purple kush that sends 100% of the time?

i bought the bc mix from bcgrown and they were the bomb! one of the free purple skunks hermed on me though , grew 8 of the hermie seeds outside,
maybe that was me, had a small light issue at the end that might have stressed it. but the rest were awesome, i had one that was so covered in thrichs i coulndt see the buds! my only problem was no stealth shipping, if anyone has read i am now growing seeds from cannabisseeds.com, scared to death im am ggrowing crap! ordered wonder womans from nirvana because i got so scared from the bad reveiws. but just got them and waiting on germ kit i ordered as well to pop them. my next cycle i will talk to the guy at bcgrown about the shipping issue and order again, i was very impressed. if you do order talk to him about stealth shipping. because that the only thing lacking in my order, p.s. seen the thread for the review and posted my review here too
