Is there any ventilation in that box? You need a fan to exhaust stale air and draw fresh in.
You don't need a reflector, but it does save wasting half the light coming off those bulbs. As well, 1 cfl per plant will be ok for a while, but you'll need to add more as they grow, probably wanna end up with 3-4 42w per plant, or just get a 150w hps and be done with it.
What strains you got? Any plans for them once they get a bit bigger? Topping, training and what have you?

well my fan blows air in but i believe the air is having trouble escaping so i need to fix that problem eventually its about 80 degrees in my box.. i have to turn the heat down in the house to get the temperature to drop and its getting uncomfortably cold .. would i tub of ice help cool it down? or dont even worry about it 80's not that bad theres a hole at the front of the cabnet bout yay big do you think thats enough for ventalation .. the seeds are kush so we will see how that goes i need to repot soon i think im on my third set of leafs maybe wait till 4th because they dont look to meaty if you ask me ill show you what i got the middle sized plant doesnt look as healthy to me he looks lighter and the leafs arnt smooth theyre kinda doin whatever the fuck they want

What soil is that? Hard to tell from those pics but looks like the beginning of nute burn on the tips of the leaves.
Turn your fan around so it's extracting air from the room, fresh air will find it's way in through the cracks, your temps should drop slightly, not that 80 is bad, they will still grow ok up to 85, but it's much better to extract stale, hot air than just blowing more in.

the soil is miracle grow you see what happened on like day 4 or 5 i turned the fan off to take pictures and then closed it up for the night and in the morning i noticed that the leafs had a lighter greeen patches on them and they were heat burnt so i turned the fan back on and they have made a speedy recovery i am gonna buy some new soil tomorow to replace the miracle grow so its not nute burn
