Beginner's CFL + LED grow

Two seedlings, currently 1 wk. old, under 4 30w CFL bulbs in a 3' x 2' x 2' space in a 6' x 4' x 2' cabinet. (For flowering I hope to move them to the 6' high space).

I am currently waiting on mylar safety blankets, four LED red/blue panels and four 105w CFL bulbs. I plan to use the panels and 2 of the 105 w bulbs + the present bulbs for vegetative stage at least: I may go with four 105w warm CFLs and the panels for flowering. I'm also setting up a basic yeast-and-sugar CO2 generator for the plants, and want to install a fan soon (although the CFLs are surprisingly cool for the amount of light they give off).

Right now I'm doing this with Jack Herer/Diesel hermie bagseed and potting soil: the seedlings are in torn off styrofoam cups and will be transferred to 10" pots as soon as I can get some good soil. If this is successful (or at the very least not a colossal failure), I may try my hand at hydroponics.

Has anyone else here worked with a similar setup? I am particularly interested in seeing how the LED panels effect final harvest.
