Best 8" exhaust fan?

I need to get a good fan for my room. Im running 600 watts in an open hood with an 8 inch opening. Ive been exhausting into that bedrooms return duct with a half assed 400 cfm full metal home depot inline fan. But I think im going to step my game up and start venting through my attic. (I thought about venting out of that bedroom window but I'm not sure of the neighbors on that side of the house)

Who makes the best inline fan? Amazon has really good reviews of the hurricane. Local hydro shop recommended the tornado (hurricane rip off? /shrug) My concerns are mostly for high cfm and low noise. Though I do factor wattage as well.

I replace a perfectly good MaxCan fan pro (190w) and a booster fan (intake) with 2 HyperFans. Exhaust is on high (75w) and the exhaust is turned down to maybe 20w to allow for a bit of negative pressure.
