Best LED for vegging

I'm looking for the best LED light for vegging. I was thinking about going with one of timber frameworks. What color temperature is the best for vegging, and also for flowering what is the difference between the 3000k temperature and the 1750k temperature. the 1750k cost extra per cob so I was wondering what the difference was. I'm looking for a light or lights that can veg a large amount of plants(around 24-48 at a time).
If anyone could answer some of my questions that would be awesome. I'm already running some of timber's lights and love them but wanted to see if there was something better or faster for vegging.

My favorite veg lights are the SunCloak Horizons by far.
My beast mode led veg light is a burplish Hydroponics Hut, X5-500. Ran it against a Hortri Daylight Blue Bulb 600w & liked the HH better. That's a tough one to beat too.

Just picked up the new Cali Lightworks VEG light myself, it's a pretty damn nice little setup. Wish they had a 100' something - would have went with 2 of those instead of the 275 for better distribution/less vertical height given the veg nature of the setup.
