for seedling growth, use any cheap flouresent bulbs at 50 watts per bulb or higher.
b4 installing the light, put a good coat of flat white paint on all closet walls including door. do not use tinfoil. you are going to need a small fan to circulate the air in there too.

after the seedlings break ground, turn on the flouresents and suspend lights 1-3 inches from top growth. you will keep the light on 24/7. a fan should be softly blowing your seedlings aswell. they should stay under the fls for 2 weeks. after 2 weeks transplant if needed.

after transsplant or 2 weeks, switch out the fl for the 400 watt switchable ballist (use a mh bulb on mh setting) if only growin 2 plants, a 250 watt swichable is plenty

keep soil moist not wet or dry durring seedling stage. make sure water ph is at roughly 6.5. after seedlings are transplanted, give 1 cup ph tested water every 3 days. do this for 2 weeks. the begginning of the 3rd week in the grow stage you can start introducing nutes

up untill the third week of grow the plants should get 24/7 light. from week 3 till bloom throw em on a 18/6 light schedule.

hopefully thats enough to get you started... if any questions dont hess. to ask

you can grow all the way through with cfls, they will suffice. get 2 gall plastic planters there like 50 cents a peice.

did you germinate the seeds? just so you know, you dont need light untill the seeds have sprouted. just make sure the tem stays a constant 75f. and humidity at 50%

I think the answer to your questions (what kind of lights?, how do i grow?) are answered in the FAQs...
