@ scerv, those Hillbillies as you call them produce and sell out of all that they make. they don't want to take on more business than they can handle. its a small operation, they are pleased with what they make and sell. they don't want the quality to suffer just to make more money.

so they obviously don't need your business expansion plans. I know the owner and his wife and they run a great operation and their product is top notch stuff. so don't go insulting people you don't know just because they do not response to your email on something they don't care about.

fuck that shit mayn. Tell us what it is or I'm calling you out for pushing ads. Fulvic? If so... you have to compete with Ful-Power from Bioag.
SO... what is it? ingredients? price?

I grow the full Fox farm line and BioCanna right next to each other. My BioCanna plants are looking like they are going to produce as much as the Fox Farm plants that I have been growing. The plants that I ran with BioCanna have had better resin production, smell, and hopefully flavor. (AK comes down Sunday.) The plants have been more pest resistant and mildew resistant. My grow area loves to promote PM and I have been battling it from the beginning. My BioCanna plants have been holding out better and longer than the Fox Farms plants even though all of them get the same spray treatments at regular intervals. For whatever reason, and I don't know if it is scientific or strain specific, the BioCanna plants never really had any issues with mites even though they were surrounded by nasty plants. They attacked the Fox Farm plants in force. The BioCanna plants had some signs of mites, but nothing significant. I just dosed them with neem oil and they went away in 1 treatment. The other plants needed several vacuumings, treatments, divine intervention, swahili raindance, etc. to make the fuckers stay gone.

I am running a comparison on 2 Gran Daddy Purps. They are on the same schedule, just one is BioCanna and the other is Fox Farms line including the powders. And to be completely honest, they look exactly alike and are growing exactly alike. I guess the proof will be in the pudding.

I love the outcome of BioCanna, my whole first run has been rocky though. In my own experience, when feeding the plants the normal levels of nutrients that Canna recommends, my plants have had nutrient burn, so I have been constantly having to adjust, add, subtract, and in the end. I wish that BioCanna had a more detailed feeding schedule. I am starting my next batch of Sour OG in the next few days and am going to water all the plants like I normally do, except for 1. For that 1 I am going to give it exactly what the BioCanna guide recommends and see what happens. I changed from Happy Frog soil to Pro-Mix. I thought maybe the negligent nutrient value of Pro-Mix would help, but I've still had issues.

Fox Farms has worked well for me also. The plants love it. It is very user friendly, and pretty much, if you go by the label and do what you are supposed to, you will produce quality buds. I have a Pineapple Express that does not like it, prob gonna switch that one to BioCanna though. On the flip side, I had 2 plants that did not like the BioCanna and one died and I switched the other to Fox Farms nutes and it took off again.

In the end, I am going to try and see if I can take Subcools Super Soil recipe and take all the meat products out and have it only made of veganic products. I just need to spend some time figuring out what I use in place of the meat. Not that I live a vegan lifestyle. I just try to grow as organically as possible because what I grow, I consume. Not a fan of chemicals in my weed, not a fan of blood and guts in my weed.

Figure out how you want to grow, what you want to use and research the hell out your grow method before you even buy anything. Check with people on here to see if you are heading in the right direction, talk with your grower friends if you have them, or talk to the local guys at the grow shop. You would hate to invest money in something and not be able to use it efficiently or effectively.

I got some algae from the ocean, made some shakes and then froze them. Made some dry algae powder stored it in the freezer. Bought some high brix molasses from the store. Bought some fish emulsion. Bought some humic acid.

And I put all this together with a dose of innoculant from my soil bin and I bubble up some tea.

i foliar feed with a dilute algae tea also. i try not to buy shit from the store if i can avoid it.
