Looking to get a season pass.

Vail/ beaver creak is nice but I know there's better. Loveland is nice but I live in the springs and want something closer.

Any recommendations?

Yeah, I do. They have a gondola and a quad lift at the bottom of the main run which takes you to the top of the first mountain, and there is a nice 2.5 mile run to the bottom. It never seemed too crowded and I went 8 times last year. Tip: go as a single in the gondola line, you hardly ever have to wait more than 30 sec to get in one. They have a nice terrain park, and plenty of trees and bowls and the Cat rides are only $5. Good places to eat at the bottom, close parking, and half the cost as the epic pass. I'm in the springs too, we can usually get there in 2-2.5 hrs depending on traffic. It can get busy on I-70 from Denver to the resorts early in the morning on the weekends. We have gone up the back way a few times as well, sometimes we come home that way because it can be bumper to bumper coming back on Sunday afternoon.

Sweet. Haven't been there. Just vail, Loveland and steamboat.

I think I'll get it.
Mostly I want somewhere with huge air jumps. Learned to board and ski in the alps and there they have 3 story jumps and the time you spend in the air is just incredible......and scary

Sorry man, I was thinking of Keystone when I was writing that above. I've only been to Winter Park once and it was very windy. It was nice, but I remember a lot of pushing and wind that day. When you exit I-70 you have to go over a pass, so it's another 40+ min off the highway to get to Winter Park. I went to keystone 8 times last year, and that is where they have the gondola and terrain park I was talking about. I'm sure Winter Park does too, but I'm not familiar with it. All the ski places around here are pretty awesome (and expensive). I did get the Epic pass last year, but only went to Breck once and the rest of the time we just went to Keystone.

I'm in the springs also, while there are better resorts, monarch is pretty sweet for the price, some of the other resorts are literally 4x expensive for a season pass.

If Monarch doesn't fit the bill for you, I'd look into Keystone next. Good luck and have fun!

Thanks brother. Gonna go to Denver today to look at boards for a chick. If anyone here wants to car pool or group rent a cabin that would be epic! Hot chicks are Totally welcome

If you end up with a monarch pass holler. I'm not sure if we will do keystone this year but its entirely possible.

I've skied most of these resorts. For the money, I think I'd do Winter Park. I like to skiboard and skiing the trees between the double black diamond runs on the back of May Jane is da BOMB!
