Best way to turn pc case for cuttings and seedlings?

I have the antec 1200 gaming case and want to turn it into a growing area for cuttings and seedlings which will then be transplanted outside, what would be the best way to keep humidity high inside the case, buy a half sized Propagator and put it inside the case or put a saucer of water inside it and just grow with root riots inside the case? And I am going to use the 3 front fans for intake and 2 fans at the back for exhaust, how would it be best to power these fans ? Finally as i am going to use autoflowering strains and do 12/12 from seed is it best to buy a seperate veg and flowering cfl bulb or would a dual spectrum cfl do the job all through the grow if I decide to grow some auto flowering strains during winter? Thanks!

Hmmm...My hubby made a pc case into a digi ballast cooling station for me, and it looks like he just hooked all the computer fans into the one cord that lugs into the power supply inside the case, anyway he used the computer cord and just spliced them altogether, and now my digi ballast stays nice and cool inside the computer fan case thing...I don't know how he idd it...I just know that the computer plug now only runs the 4 computer fans, but no computer.

I'd just make sure the plants were inside their own plastic container inside the case.
Otherwise, unless your room itself is like a swamp, there is no way you're going to be able to maintain humidity inside for clones.
Note that ordinary seedlings don't need extra humidity.

And I am going to use the 3 front fans for intake and 2 fans at the back for exhaust,
That's probably overkill, but OK.

"Best" in what way? Cost? Ease? Appearance?
Assuming enough amperage rating, you can run all of them off of one 12V DC power adapter, and that's what I'd suggest as "easiest".

I thought you said you wanted to run clones?
There is no point in cloning autoflowers since you can't maintain the clones vegetatively for later planting.
If you are autoflowers, why go 12/12? Why not 20/4?
If you want to go 12/12 from seed, you can with any strain; there is no need to run autoflowers so long as you pick a short strain and train it properly.

Its certainly possible to do an entire grow using just the flowering CFL bulbs.
I don't know how much better it is to use the "veg" bulbs for veg, and then switch, but it certainly can't hurt.
Since small CFL bulbs only cost a few bucks each, you might as well try seperate ones.
