Errrrr, this is already happening. Except, the control has been established by corporate America, vis-a-vis the corrupt stooges they have paid off in Washington DC.

Indeed. Thanks to Citizens United, both parties are now owned and operated as profitable subsidiaries of corporate governance.

This would explain why corporate welfare, legal immunity and rent seeking are up and the fortunes of average American citizens are sinking fast.
