bioheaven as spray

It is ok to use bioheaven as a spray even on the flowers? what might a good dilution be?

1/2 a teaspoon to a 1 liter spray bottle. I also use 1/4 teaspoon of top max in my foliar spray and 1/4 teaspoon of dyna-gro pro-tekt

O and two weeks into 12/12 i stop spraying......
