Not really to the buyer...Other than it gives you discretion. But you can always mail a money order too, The sellers like it because they are the ones most worried about being busted for their illegal op's....Just like some that only accept cash. Not to mention the US sellers are skirting the IRS. I have never used bitcoin, and probably never will.

It doesn't even give you discretion. The whole btc blockchain has already been figured out by the FBI among other agencies just in the US. Completely traceable. Especially if you buy it on coinbase as they report everything to the irs. I won't use BTC nor do I want to own any for these reasons.

If you want privacy and discretion, Monero(XMR) is where it's at. Pretty much completely fungible and untraceable, way less fees, and quicker.

Cash works. Look, I don't care how you pay. Bitcoin, cash, money order. It ain't never coming back. Ever.

Until the gop either loses control or allows bills to proceed, the banks and credit card companies will refuse to deal with cannabis related businesses. Those that accept cc's today only do it through shell schemes that mask where the money is coming from, and all it takes to break them is one customer or competitor filing a claim saying you sold them something cannabis related and you are not satisfied.

Then your money gets frozen and you still don't see it.

So you just gotta take risks of losing your money. It doesn't happen with the big seed banks, but they only take cash or equivalents anyway. Caveat Emptor.

Sounds about right...and I can tell you from personal experience the IRS is extremely competent, and pretty amazing at what they can uncover. Back 35 years ago I had the IRS come right to my home. They had a list of about 100 purchases I had made, most over $1,000 that I had made with cash, and they wanted to know where the cash came from. Lucky for me I had a plausible answer. That was 35 years ago, so think what they can do today.

I have a feeling the US seed banks are all being watched. Like I said, the Feds aren't stupid, and income tax evasion is the downfall of many places. The IRS could actually care less if you are making money illegally, as long as they get there share!
