Blowin's first soil grow using CFL

This is my first grow so I just got a ghetto little set up. I'm using 3 26w CFL with 3 tube flo which I know aren't really that great. I'm plan to make a light fixture of some sort with 8 CFL. I have no grow shop near here so i don't have any nutes yet. I'm growing in soil. Below i have a few pics. They aren't that good but its all I have. Please make any suggestions and comments.

What colour spectrum are your cfl's and fluorescents?
You should be okay for the first 3-4 weeks of growth , without any nutrients
