Blue Dream ready in 56 days. Is it even possible?

Hey guys, first grow. I choose Blue Dream for ease of grow, but was told that since it is sativa, it will take 10 weeks of flowering to be ready for harvest.
I grow completely organic in reach soil. I have vegged it for 4 weeks and repeatedly gave it chicken poop tea throughout veg and flowering. I stopped giving chicken poop tea about week and a half ago when I realized that I got too much N and started mixing in FoxFarm BigBloom concentrate, which is 100% organic. Yesterday I got my mini microscope and looked at the trichomes and realized that it is mostly murky shrooms with some amber caps. Which tells me that it is definitely ready and even over ripped for sativa, even though it is only day 57.
Can this be the case? Is it possible to have Blue Dream ready in such a short flowering time? Could it be because I gave it too much N with my chicken poop teas?
With mini microscope is hard to tell exact shade of clearness of those trichomes, but I think seeing amber caps proves it that it is ready.
I've attached couple of pictures of the buds, on some you can still see some white hair growing on top.

Take it or let it go another week. Looks ready to go to me if you want to take it. Most plants can go to 65 no problem an BD can finish quick.

I want the good energetic high from it and my understanding the more amber trichomes caps I get, the more stoner it will get. So yeah, I decided to water/flash it for the last time today.
Question, should I turn the light for one last time (my lights are 9pm to 9am) for the flush to take effect and then tomorrow leave it in the dark for the next two days?

You don't need to put it in dark, but I would flush it for a good 3 to 5 days so you'll get the best taste out of it

theres no rule of flowering time for sativa's vs indica, some take longer to finish than others, in others' rooms
dont buy the hype

Well.. maybe theres no rule in hybrids, or in todays "guess a strain" but in a true sativa or a true indica its night an day.

So many strains have been missnamed tho who knows what it really is, or what it was really crossed with. My last real sativa flowered 16 weeks, crosses i made with it and a 50 day finisher still took 14 weeks.

it doesn't look any where near ready to me.. the one pix, i can still see tons of white pistils that haven't receded back into the bud yet.. she's got some time left on her easily imvho..
i've grown the santa cruz cut of blue dream, and i usually take it to around 70 days or so.

Racerboy71, while there are still about 30% of white pestils, the picture may not be the right angle or light to respresent true state of the plant. However, through the microscope I can for sure see amber caps of the trichomes - about 25% of them.

I figured, by the time I will chop it, she will be on day 63. I used only organic chicken poop tea and only for the last week and a half used FoxFarm BigBloom fully organic concentrate. I flashed it good with rain water yesterday - soaked it. I hope it should do the trick since it is organic and not need the extensive flash, which will prolong the grow time and create even more amber caps.

exactly my point. "just because its a sativa does not mean it WILL take 10 weeks to finish" it could take longer even is what I am saying. to pinpoint all sativas or all indicas this way is inaccurate, there is no sativa/indica rule for how long they take.

But there is a rule for how long a sativa or indica will take... the fact strains are misslabled is the issue. 2+2=4, if it doesnt add up to 4 in reality then maybe one of those 2's is actually a 3 in disguise.

People lable things "sativia" or "mostly sativa" that are over 75% indica.

are you saying
all sativas will take X months to finish?

Im saying all true sativas will take 12+ weeks to finish yes. If you know of ANY true sativa flowering under 12 weeks link em up. Id go so far to say a true sativa will flower in 14+ weeks in 95% of cases.

I like to let it sit in the dark for a couple days before finnish, idk if it's a myth but I know that thc degrades in light and the theory goes that plants kick it in high gear with resin production under 48 hrs of darkness as a last effort since it thinks winter is iminet.
48 hrs of dark will also help push the plant to finnish quicker if it needs alittle more.
I also like to have the soil dry out pretty good before harvest. It can help cut down on dry time from 10 days to 7 days depending on environment

specifically, that is not a rule right, if its " + " in the mix, then it could actually take longer, no rule. at least not anymore than saying
no marijuana plant will properly finish flower in less than 50 days, even though they take 60 + days, or 70 + days even for many.

I dont say sativas flower in less than X. I dont say it takes X to flower a sativa either. It varies, room to room, resources to resources, variety to variety, to many variables to have a set rule you'd think?

its job is seed production, not resin production, thats just the part that gets you off is all. what its really doing is shifting hormones around trying to figure out how to make some male parts to self before resources are gone.
