Just another photo update for ya'll.. Now 7 days in to flower. Been a lot of stretch so far, and no signs of budding yet.

Something I've noticed about this strain is they're very hungry too! In now feeding them every water and they're loving it!

Get your pictures either right before or after the lights go off and it won't look like ass and we could actually see these beauties
Haha yeah, sorry only thing I have to take pics with is my phone. Just had another little photo shoot with them before and after the lights came on, so hoping they're a bit better!

Hope MOLD won't be an issue as this gets thicker. Looking healthy.
Don't think that will be a problem to be honest.. They're in week 3 of Flower nearly and the stretch seems to have stopped, and I haven't had the RH go above 42%. Just holding steady between 34% and 37%. So hoping they make it to full term!

I was going to say that you're going to have too much growth but it looks like you flipped them just in time. You're on the right track and as long as you maintain things you should yield a pound or more even. Just make sure you get yourself a lot of air flow going in there, and perhaps even consider removing some of the fan leaves that are blocking your buds from the light. Things are going to be tight in there, but if you have proper airflow and can keep your humidity below 40% or even 35% you should be well on your way to a bountiful harvest my friend.

My first indoor was in a 4x4 tent with a 1000w. I started with 5 plants too, but one ended up getting sick because there wasn't enough room/airflow. Once I took it out, the other 4 did amazingly. Each plant pulled around a QP give or take. Had I started with 4 in the first place, did it under a screen like you did, and took better care of them, I should have been able to get much more.

A 600w light under these conditions should be able to pull 1-1.5lb if things are optimal. From what I'm seeing, things are looking pretty damn good in there. After you get this one under your belt, I'd recommend looking into a 1000w and running only 4 plants instead. They'll fill out your space much more evenly than 5 will, and with proper training you can get 2lb+ with adding a 1000 watter.

Those last photos you posted are looking really really good though. And you said newbie too? The amount of due diligence you've obviously done before hand is clearly showing if you're actually a newbie. I'm expecting at least 1lb if you keep things up, I'm actually going to sub just so I can see :P

The best part about having grow journals is that you can post about things the instant you have problems and get some feedback going. Conversely, if you're thinking things aren't going too well you can always post photos for re-assurance. Always helps me when I get too stoned and overthink things haha.

Very much impressed so far though, and I see this journal actually coming to a happy ending.

Oh wow! Didn't think I would get anywhere near that much! I had read that Blue Dream was a reported good yielder although so that is a nice suprise! Glad to hear you think I'm doing a good job, I really appreciate that! I did put quite a bit of research in although for this particular strain there a lot of the info I found is quite old, with posts popping up ranging in date as far back as 2003 haha! Do you have any photo's of yours you would share for comparison?

Thanks again for taking the time to reply!
Wish I had photos, unfortunately I damaged the root on her and she's been stalled at week 3 of flower for over a month now while I let the other plant sharing it's res finish up. It was such an amazing plant too, been kickin myself in the ass ever since. I've never seen a stem base with a diameter of what my Blue Dream has, literally twice the size of any other strain I've grown.

Hey guys! Sorry not been able to get on here much over the course of the last week. However to keep you all updated as promised, I have some new pics!

So we are now on day 25 of Flower, and it looks to be going well! There has been quite of stretch, to the point where the tip of one stem has experienced a slight amount of heat stress, however it is nothing serious. I simply had to take the reflector off its brackets which gave me another 5 inches of wiggle room.

I am watering every night, giving them roughly 2 litres of water each with Nutes. These are an extremely hungry strain. Humidity is also still in the the range of 34% to 41%.

Anyway, hope you guys like the pics!

Looking just like it should my man, great work. The Blue Dream is an incredibly hungry strain for sure though, that's why it is capable of producing such enormous yields. If you can figure out exactly how much she'll take then you'll find yourself amazed with your yield for sure. Not only is she a heavy feeder, but she's also just as forgiving. That growth is exactly why everyone grows the strain, the yields are just stupid. Looking really good though and I'm excited to see what happens when all is said and done, happy growing!

Thanks! Yeah your right, its just figuring out how much she can take! I think I have got the mixture just right at the minute, although will be interesting to see if she can take any more in the weeks to come. I will keep you updated! :weed:

Got a few more pics for you guys!

Currently Day 29 of Flower, and starting to look that frosty, it's looks like it's been snowing in there! Winter is coming haha!

Still feeding them on full strength nutes plus extra each night, and they're loving it. Humidity it's holding strong at 39%.

Will get some more in next few days!

Looking good man. I grow this strain, found a nice pheno out of a pack of 6 beans. There was a bunch of variance between the phenos but the keeper just blew the others away when it came to yield.

Mine goes a full 10 weeks and you definitely need the trellis as the colas get huge. I find the frost comes on pretty early but doesnt really coat the leaves as much as some other strains but the buds are nice and frosty at harvest. My pheno also likes me to back off on the nutes for the second half of flower. 1000ppm and then 850 til chop.

I run my humidity in the 60% range and have never had mould even in the massive colas. Lots of airflow, defoliation and an oversize exhaust keep it at bay.

Good luck man, I like this strain for smoking at home and still being able to function lol.

Being my first ever grow, Shogun Nutrients seemed the best bang for the buck. Even so, I did quite a lot of research before hand and they seemed like a highly praised product. May I ask which nutrients you use, as I am keen to experiment?

Here is a a picture of the Blue Dream I took a few moment ago.. The difference that just a few days makes is phenomenal!
