Bonza Seeds Order question

This is my first time dealing with Bonza Seeds,i've usually dealt with Attitude or SingleSeedCentre in the past. I placed an order last night taking advantage of the 25% off Black Friday special and everything went thru ok until this morning. I received and email from them asking for ,e to scan a copy of my cc billing statement showing address and last 4 digits of account to verify the card was mine? I have NEVER had to do that with Attitude or SSC even when I was a first time orderer with them. Has anyone else had this experience? I've requested they cancel the order and now they want me to speak to their manager thru email later today? Not a first time seed purchaser here so i'm familiar with the order process of other banks and this has raised a red flag for me.

To be fair,i just posted the question above after I messaged their cs about their request and to cancel my order. They have just cancelled the order now as I requested without having to speak to their manager and sent me an email stating they can request a copy of utility bills,credit card statement,calling phone number given to verify the card belongs to the purchaser for security reasons. I understand security and all,i've never dealt with them and they never dealt with me before,but requesting a copy of the credit card billing statement be copied and scanned to them to verify the card was mine seemed a little odd to me as I've never had to do that with any seedbank I've ordered from in the past 10 years. From the ad I see they are a site sponsor and i'm in no way trying to throw any shade at them over this,they have some hard to find Thai strains that I really wanted and respond quickly to emails/messages from customers. Has anyone else had this experience when dealing with them or did I jump the gun and cancel the order too soon over their request?

Not a very good place to order from to say the least! Prices are attractive, so they pull people in, but the cs is horrible! My order was refunded hours after I paid for it without explanation lol. Definitely an amateur operation being run there! Many other reliable and customer care oriented seed banks out there!
