Broken branch in flowering!!

So I’m at day 50 of flowering on my white widow plant and 2 weeks ago I had a branch break about 3/4 of the way thru. I bandaged it up and put a splint on it with wood and string. I also tied a string around other branches to keep it upright. It was fine and has been budding up nice. We recently got about 4-6 inches of rain in a 24 hr period and I noticed that one branch all the leaves are curling under and are drooping really bad and looks like they are starting to loose color. My question is. Should I cut that branch and let it Dry? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanx

Yes, go ahead and cut that branch off. More than likely that you got some stem rot on that branch from all the rain you received.
