Brown root tips, not root rot though. Help

How's everybody doing. I have 4 mother of berries clones in mini rockwool cubes. They are in 3 gallon pots. I have been hand watering every other day sometimes everyday depending on how light the pot is. They are under a 4 bulb T5 light and one more two bulb light. I'm using the full general hydroponics line up. The plants are in great shape, very bushy and leaves are healthy. The only thing I have noticed is that the roots that come out of the bottom of the pots end up getting brown tips. It is not a constant feed or multiple feeds per day so I have not been oxygenating the nutrients. Could that be causing this or is it just from the air getting to the roots and they are drying up because they are not in the pot where the moisture is?

Let me know what you guys think. Plants are looking great other than that so I'd like to get this taken care of as soon as I can.

They look fine. If you see the root within hours of it appearing out of the hole it would probably be fuzzy white and begin to dry quickly.

Thanks. So when roots come out of the bottom should I make sure they always stay moist or how do I fix this?

Air pruning, roots doesn't like light neither,. Plants look healthy!!
Yeah plants are doing real well other then that. Is air pruning an issue or what would you recommend I do to avoid this moving foward? I plan to flower in the next 2 weeks.
Thanks for the input
