bubble hash doesn't bubble

Alright, so I had some granddaddy purple plants that I harvested 1 week early because of powdery mildew (trace amounts on the plant and it was spreading exponentially), so I pulled off all of the buds/powder leaves, threw it in the bubblenow machine, ran it through the 8 bubble bags, and let it dry for 3-4 days in my humidor (not humidification element, so roughly 50% RH). I pressed it the highest two bags with my piece maker and heated it in the oven at 160degf for about 10 minutes. Then, I let it sit in my humidor to cure for a week.

I tried samples throughout this process, and it never bubbled. The bubble hash that I bought at the dispensary bubbles up and melts. What did I do wrong?

Also, I light it on a screen in my bong w/ a torch lighter. It's potent as shit. It's actually much more potent than any of the bubble hash I've had at any of the dispensaries where I live (oakland + san francisco), and they bubbled when lit.

I always pull blond greasy cookie dough hash that always melts and bubbles. Ive never bought bubble from the club that was as pure as the shit I get when I use my own home grown material. And I have no use for all those several different grades so I opted for a 4 bag set. Its all about the 73u anyway, right?
