Bubblelicious Autoflower! FIRST GROW

Just took a look at the plant today. moving into the final week of flower before harvest and i gotta say. This thing looks amazing and i'm so tempted to just cut it down as soon as it needs another watering which will be in about 4 or 5 days. all the trichomes on the top cola are cloudy and red. some sections of the top cola have nothing but red trichomes. and the rest of the plant is a good mix between all variations of trichomes but mostly cloudy. very few clear and about 15% red right now.

Honestly i think the plant is ready to go but i'll hold out until the soil drys because i don't want to make the drying time longer than it needs to be.

Alright peoples. I think i've decided to go ahead and harvest today. I'm running over to home depot to get some non stick pruners. Gonna trim this bad girl up and cut her down. My reasons are impatience, its only 5 days until my actual cut down date AND most of the trichomes on about half the plant are amber. And the rest are cloudy if there is still clear trichomes there can't be very many. or they're lower on the plant on the popcorn sized buds.

Its been a great first grow i'll throw up some pics after i cut her up.

Total time growing was 70 days From seed I also did NOT germinate i just tossed a seed into some FFOF and boom i had a 3 foot plant

I'm done cutting her up and i chopped her down should have probably used some sharper scissors for the main stem but whatever it came down with a couple of attempts. She's drying right now and smelling like chronic instead of earth. I just wanted to see the crystals shine so i took my led flashlight and man does this thing sparkle.

I'm worn out from cuttin her down.. that's a lot of standing and cutting and bending and moving for just one plant!

Its drying right now i'll take a pic tomorrow to show you guys what she looks like even though i said i'd get some up today.

Looks like the main cola on my sour cream. 70 day from seed? lol, I went 74 from seed. Interested to hear your weight if you can do it. See how setups compare, if they made any difference with wattage, kelvin used ect..

More pics.

When i was trimming the plant down i cut off a couple of nugs they were small I dried them separably. The smoke test is insane its like a pine tree, sweet taste the smoke even smells good. And that's with some 2 day old dried nuggets. excellent smoke so far. Can't wait to smoke fully cured bubblelicious.

Hey keys! are you sure about the 70 days ? I made the maths and it gives me around 84 days from sowing. Not sure if I missed something ¿?

3 weeks veg and 7 weeks flower.

When I first started this thread I had killed off the original plant by accident and didn't want to start another journal

That's right, I was counting since the day you planted the one that died. Got everything right now, just one more thing, do you know the height of the plant when harvested ?

Just checking the dates and everything to add the grow to my ref. guide ;)

The height was just about 3 feet tall it may have been an inch or two shorter but i'll just round it out to 3 feet tall and using CFL's i got just over an ounce of Bubble. got about 28 grams and some change on it. So as far as crops go its kinda small but for personal use you can't beat that with a stick I have 3 medium sized mason jars full of this stuff now :)

its got good/bad smell to it right now i wish it smelled more like chronic. It has the pungent odor of chronic mixed in with something else. I'm curing the bubble however i'll see how the smell/smoke is in about a week.

The waterfarm i may because the whole transplanting the plant got annoying. Although now i know what works I'm pretty set up for the next soil grow if I go that route. The HPS I will probably get one looks like the cheapest place i can get them is from high tech garden and supply.

So smoke test after a little over a week of curing. there's a huge difference the taste is slightly sweet and the smoke is a lot smoother. still harsh though and the smoke itself has a better taste as well its got a distinct piney taste that's starting to form.

Did you flush before you cut Key? I'm about to cut here in about an hour. Think I'm going to run to Lowes quick and grab a window screen to dry trim on. What was your cut wieght and what is now...minus what you have smoked! LOL
