bubbleponics---- how to setup?

ok so im going to be doing a new grow sumtime soon but i want to use bubbleponics because from wat i've seen ur planter is ur res and i dont want a bunch of containers taking up space...my only problem is im confused on a couple of things 1. i was looking a a DIY on here and it said to use a water pump to the stem base??? dosn't it just sit in solution and get air from the stones? 2. you dont put anything but water and nutes in the planter right so no medium besides the rocks in the net pot right?

yes just air and stones, I use a water pump and sprayer heads for my rooting bucket in my veg box. Once they stick out of the bottom of the net cup I switch to straight DWC only airstones. I love the results, I've never had roots so insane before. I only use clay rocks in the pots, I've seen rockwool cubes in there as well, but it isn't necessary and can be bad if it gets too wet.

nice roots what nutes do you use?

also how big of a container is that your using and thats just for one plant right?
