bubbler head vs drip emitter

Been using flora flex bubbler heads for a few years now, seems like I get uneven watering. Was thinking of using drip emitters, I've used them in the past and had a few out of a 100 or so get clogged each run. Anyone have issues with emitters clogging after using them for a while?

The two are not mutually exclusive.

Are you referring to the manifold?
If so, that's distinct from whatever is connected to the end of the line, whether that be one of their caps, drip emitters, halo, soaker, etc.
I've actually had more problems with drip emitters and equal output than other methods. Their small orifices tend to get dried salt buildup.
You could add 3/16" inline valves to fine tune the output; they're commonly sold as aquarium air control valves.
