Bud washing

So I use to watch these videos on YouTube and I always wanted to know other peoples opinions... Have any of y'all actually washed your buds after harvest?? have you had washed bud vs non washed in the same harvest? I mean. People say they don't hurt trichromes. So why not do it? I'm just skeptical about trying it. Wanted to know other peoples input before i go ahead and do it.

many people can barely maintain their rh in grow room and in the drying space. If those two are not controlled properly
mold will result. adding water to buds already at risk is even riskier.

I've washed my buds and even saw the debris removed. I no longer wash them and concluded that room dust in my buds adds flavor, keeps my plants healthy full time, keeps mites, police, rippers away too. or something like that:P

What if OP was outdoors. There is zero difference if done properly. Use a mild H2O2 solution and just submerge them gently with no agitation. The hydrogen peroxide kills mold it does not encourage mold growth. After rinsing them, hang to dry but with a fan blowing directly on the buds. The fan is just to dry the new moisture on the outside of the bud. Once they are no longer wet and dripping make sure the fan is no longer blowing directly on them and dry and cure as normal. There will be no loss of potency, flavor, or appearance. Guaranteed that if done properly there will be zero negative effects, only positive ones.

I do it outdoors so there's a lot more debris to be on it I would imagine.

yes I was referring to water curing sorry first smoke in 3 days while I was typing. but when you water cure your herb dries much quicker. I've never noticed more than a few tri at the bottom of a jar less than are in my storage containers that's for sure. but as for spraying that sounds a lot more aggressive so would worry me.
