Bug or a nute prob?

this has been going on for bout 2 -3 weeks 20170613_082153.jpg ... ive done some research but havent found anything definitive and i hate searching specifically about this stuff online... they say to spray dish soap and water on it ..say its safe and keeps bugs at bay...never done it before and dont want to if not necessary ..20170613_082153.jpg if you happen to notice anything else that looks off please let me know

Spraying is useless if you can't see any bugs, especially when using stuff that works in contact with the insects' bodies.

So I'd spray a mixture of 1Tbsp. rapeseed oil per liter of warm watwer + a drop of liquid soap (as emulgator) onto extreme infestations. That clogs up their respiratory organs and they die asphyxiated. So can you see how that won't be effective when spraying that onto a plant where no pests are visible ;)

What you have there looks like diverse guys nibbling the leaves, you've gotten a volunteer spider setting up house by one of the plants - though they don't always do us the favor of hunting the pests we think are problematic :D

So to keep them away, think more in direction of allelopathy - sacrificial companion plants, essential oils (though those will tend to dissipate)...

it hasn't really gotten any worse... was thinking about using some type of a garlic mixture but stopped myself...good info though, ive read a lot about it and havent heard anything like that yet

haha i moved it the other day and that spider hung in there the whole way
