Building a very efficient Led Grow

Hey guys, I have big plans and am currently in the process of building a new room. I have grown with LEDs for a while now (CXB3590) and am looking to up my game.

I currently have plans to build 2 new rooms, veg/bloom both designed to be a 5 meter by 1 meter RDWC Scrog up against the wall of the 2 new rooms.

In my veg room I will also house mothers and clones to continue a perpetual harvest every 6 weeks.

My question is for the more experienced LED Growers out there that know their stuff about ppfd and how much light/wattage I will need specifically for the 2 rooms,

Obviously I will not be needing as much light in the veg room compared to the bloom room and will be using different Kelvin cobs in either room.

Anyway, I will be having 10 plants along the 5x1 wall in each room in their own rdwc buckets and need to know how many cobs I will need for the setup, what colour temps/mix of colours are best for bloom, and what type of light configuration I should go with.

I have no budget but i would like to maximize efficiency and power bills as much as pissible so I am open to all suggestions, if you have any further questions feel free to ask :)

Thank you

id say since youve been growing for awhile with 3590s, your own experience with your own grow style is going to be better for you than the wide array of opinions (which work differently with everybodys grow styles)

if youre going to be on the efficient side you'll probably be running cobs at below 50W. the luminus cxm22 are the best value in that range at $17/chip.

3000K 90cri seems to be the current front runner for bloom-only setups. I know you said meter but in sq ft terms, when youre running cobs super soft its hard to need much over 35W/SF.
