Bulb placement

I'm gripping pretty hard right now. I've been searching and can't find where best to place the bulb. This is my second grow. I had to make room for my clones so I took two lights out of the reflectors and surrounded them. My plants (9) are 7 weeks into 12/12 and I don't know how they're going to act with the lights being changed around. I've been moving it up and down to get the brightest reflection from the top half of the plants. Is this right? Seeing those fat colas lit from the side looks like better potential to me. Any feedback is appreciated

One is a 400 hps enhanced bulb (bare) and the other is a 600 enhanced in a cool tube. Temps are 68 at night and 80 tops in the daytime canopy with a window unit going all the time.
