Buying Medicine Off of Craigslist

So I found an AWESOME deal for some greenhouse meds about an hour away from me. I went up and met the guy the first time and was really skeptical, but I've ended meeting him like 4-5 more times. Last time I was there I was just starting to wonder about the legality of it. Is it legal for myself, being a MMJ patient to purchase medicine from another patient as long as he/she has a valid reccomendation? The limit in his area is 3lbs posession. And were I live has a no qauntity limit.

Just curious, I'm hoping I can find someone that has first hand experience with patient to patient purchasing.

The way I understand it is it is illegal to sell Marijuana if you have a card or not.
It is perfectly legal for one patient to supply meds to another patent and get reimburse the cost of producing it.

I have first had experience purchasing clones from another patient off craigslist.
We checked each others ids, I received six clones and reimbursed him the cost of starting them.

Yes, its legal in your way. But is it helpful in buying there?
I've seen countless stupid threads and responses about buying/selling weed on CraigsList. Imo it is the epitome of stupid to engage in such behavior. The internet is faceless and mostly anonymous... you never know who you are talking to or what their intentions are. Here's proof positive of the dangers of CraigsList hookups... This poor guy was expecting to smoke and do the dirty with a young, hot blonde. He ended up in cuffs.

Yea, I read it. That's too bad police resort to entrapment like that. I don't see what they intended to gain by doing it.
Sounds like a couple guys on a dead swing shift looking for something to do besides porn so they post at craigslist and call it an investigation.

I agree its risky but if you are not looking to do something illegal and use your head it can be done.
