This cab sits up on a skirt which I have removed partially in the back for the three floor passive intake holes. The HPS light has a remote ballast and an quality cord running to a 70w HPS whose socket is mounted to the reflector. How should I mount this light or hang it? here's a pic of the cab:

Past that I need some help exhausting the heat going through carbon filters. Here's what I've got on that:

I'm going to try and get an L-Shaped mount/clamp for the socket so the lamp can sit up high like the second picture. Something so it can hang from the mount at the top of the cabinet.

Exhausting the heat is the last issue. The 70w doesn't put off tons of heat and I think one hole with 4in ducting would work with the right fan. If that works well, I'll connect it to a carbon scrubber boxes. 2 exhaust fan/ducts could set it up for additional 70w lamp.

I'd think that the 4 in fan should be plenty of air to exhaust a 70w

I have 2 23w and 2 26w cfl bulbs in my cab with just a pc fan and doing fine for the winter time. Probably have to do something better come summer though myself.
