Cal Mag Lock out of Deficiency? Whats your opinion

Hello Guys, 2nd time grower
So i got some Moxie Alpine OG cuts from a shop near me.
They are showing some weird dmg on the leafs that I think might have something to do with Calcium or Magnesium kinda look like spider mites but I have checked under side of all leaves and found nothing.
They are under 1000 watt dimmed to 75%, 18/6 lighting
I just barely transplanted 2/2/17 and watered to settle the soil around the roots
3 gallon pots, Soil; FFOF mixed with Roots Organic with some added clay balls instead of perlite

Last Feeding was 2/1/17 (I usually pure PH 6.5-6.9 water inbetween feedings)
Advanced Nutrients Sensi grow A 12 ml/ Gal
Sensi grow B 12 ml/gal
Protek Silicon 1.5 ml/ Gal
Humboltds secret golden tree 1.5 ml/ gal
Sea Of Green 1ml/ Gal
Cal Mag 4ml/ gal

with 20%-30% runoff

What do you think might be the cause of this dmg?? Thanks in advance!!
I really appreciate it :bigjoint:
(PS I got a few pictures of some Inhouse Dolato seedlings and some Gelato 33 clones also that are showing some deficiency but il leave that for another thread)

it does look like a calcium/magnesium issue

but im not sure it is 100%

it could be nute burn just as easily although they don't look stressed

fox farm soil is already hot and those plants are young and in descent size pots
how long have you been giving the fertilizer?

how much volume of water do you use per pot when you water?

can you post pics of the sensi part A&B % info from the label on each bottle

Thanks for the reply !!
from my last grow I found out that the half and half mix I use of ROOTS Organic and FFOF with clay pellets drains really well so I use about 3/4 Gallon when I water and that gives me about 1/4- 1/3 gallon run off.

I have heard that the Fof farm runs hot so I mix it with a less hot soil the ROOTS
I have been giving them feedings since I got them around 1/11/17
I started them off with 1 ml/ Liter and just got to 3ml/ liter
on the bottle it says 4ml/liter

water with plain water and 1/2 tsp per gallon of Epsom salt for 1 to 2 weeks (depending on how much the soil has been cut)

I have a couple issues with your fertilizers, youll need to research to determine

1) they don't list a single micro nute... is it possible your missing a third bottle containing micro nutes?
2) the part A says its partly derived from magnesium nitrate but doesn't list the magnesium amount in the % info
so its impossible to know how much magnesium you do or don't need

stop using the calmag and the silica

theres plenty of calcium in the part A...the calmag is too much calcium
and Epsom salt will give you the magnesium you need without the extra calcium the calmag is giving

theres plenty of potassium in the part B.... the silica is too much potassium
the high calcium and potassium its locking out the magnesium

so you have a combination of nute burn and magnesium lock out

when its time to fertilize use mix it like this:
use veg nutes until week 2 of 12/12

per gallon
veg
10mls part A
10 mls Part B
1/4 tsp Epsom salt

bloom per gallon
8mls part A
10mls part B
1/8 tsp Epsom salt

the sea of green and Humboldt tea
I don't know what they are and using them may or may not also be a problem
if you want to post them I can tell you if you should use them or not

Plants freshly transplanted into ffof don't really need to be fed so soon. In my opinion. I hope you work it out.
Best of luck.
Peace

Yeah no man its only a two part base nutrient
on recommendation of a friend but I haven't fertilized since I transplanted last feeding was 2/1 and I transplanted 2/2 so I have only watered it so far after transplanting to settle the soil.
And I was considering Foliar feeding with espon salt would you recommend watering over foliar feeding it instead?
The Silica was because my temps were kinda high and heard it would help but alrighty il cut it out.
So no fertz for a while just mag.
Thanks man I really appreciate it!!

&& Would you mind me tagging you in a thread I make tomorrow regarding some DOlato seedlings and some Gelato clones to get your opinion on those ?

sure you can tag me

the golden tree is just simply wee bit of potassium sulfate and water and there making money off you
don't need it

the other bottle I cant make out what it is but I woudnt use it

foliar feed the silica biweekly
check your bottle, if its 2% Si

you can mix it 1oz silica with 1 oz neem oil to 1 gallon water (don't ph adjust)

it will give you all the silica you need and provide the added benefit of protecting against powder milder and insects

the nutes are fine

nothing wrong with them
just make sure it has micro nutes in it
there not listed in the percentages but it might be listed in the "derived from"

does it say anything about
zinc Zn
boron B
Manganese Mn
copper Cu
iron Fe

anywhere on the bottles?

Noo actually man from that picture you can see all that's supposed to be inside. The fucking shpeel they give you on the website claims it has all the micro nutrients as well as some fulvates and humsomething.

http://www.advancednutrients.com/products/ph-perfect-sensi-grow-parts-a-b/

But if it doesn't say anything about it directly on the bottle it probably doesn't right? That's pretty fucked now come to think of it. Do you think it contains any? If not what should I look into doing inorder to get them the micro that they need?

thats how mine look when my Ph drifts and they cant get their calmag... its in there, but they cant uptake it...

they wont heal, them spots will grow like cancer til it consumes the leaf... I tend to let it go til there not much green left, then pluck them when they look like they are being a drain rather than resource. New leaves WILL sprout to replace them, no worries.

I use, and have for ages, Advanced Ph perfect... Yes its expensive water, but the shit works, and I have no complaints with my grow. All the base nutrients ARE chelated and good to go at a wide range of Ph, but no, calmag is not part of that.

(And with the exception of big bud, which I still use, if only for placebo effect, the rest of their addatives are shit, dont waste ur money.)
[A tiny squirt of Orca will replace 10x as much voodoo juice with better results)

NOTE: My grows are all DWC, so my shit may not even apply to your grow, lol.

humic acid and fulvic acid

humic and fulvic acid is added to help micro nutes with uptake

if I had to guess, id say there in it and just not listed!
but thats a guess

its super shady when brands don't list there ingredient
for that reason alone I would change brands

but that's not to say what you have isn't ok

I would contact them on there web page

ask them

while your at it ask them how much magnesium is in the part A

A little late, but thought I'd chime in. Been outta the site for a minute---family happens....

that said....

Just seems to be a ton of nutes. I use FFOF as well, and I'll only apply 10ml Calmagic for about the first 5-6 wks--sometimes wont give nutes until flower. and at that time I only go w 1/4 doses at first. Good luck
