Can a Nobel Peace Prize be taken away?

If Obama does send in bomber jets to carpet sites in Syria, does that mean he has to give his peace prize back?

Or on a slightly different note, has a Nobel Peace Prize winner ever commanded the death of thousands of people?

no. the medal cannot be reclaimed, and the cash prize has already been spent on spinnin' rims and bejeweled grillz.

I haven't seen that happen but they do now seem to go to the most unworthy recipients... Al Gore instead of Irena Sendler and Obama instead of Dr Denis Mukwege...

It was a joke and a slight to give him that. He didn't earn it. He had done nothing, at all. 1/2 black gets elected and that is the Peace Prize?

In a world built on the lies of Religion, Politics, and Race Hate, how can this be a Peace Prize? He should look at it every day and smirk.

I just looked up both people...one saved 2500 children during WWII, the other works 18 hours a day performing surgeries, repairing the physical damage caused by gang rapes in the Congo.

I just lost a lot of respect for the Nobel Peace Prize.
