Hey guys,
When i was doing research on cannibis plants i came across something and just need to know if im right so i can crack on with it and.
I need to know for sure that ultra violet lights produce more thc in plants if they are made subject to that light for 30mins each day. it says in the artical i found- cannibis plants produce more thc in response to receiving higher levels uv light.
Thc is thought to protect the plant from the harmful effects of sunlight. it is possible to reproduce this in the grow room environment by exposing the plants to 30 mins of uv light during the day cycle, this exposure is delivered to the plants into three 10 mins sessions.
I'd be really gratefull if anyone knows this to be ture? we would all like to get a better buzz, thanks in advance, scunk

It does not increase THC levels on an explosive level if that's what you are looking for. I have a friend who has tanning bed lids for his uv rays. You are not doing anything bad when you do this. It just means that your plants are getting a fuller spectrum of light bands. Im not saying its absolutely pointless. Just not one of those things that creates resin growth or weight increases at an incredible rate.
