More info would be nice, such as, lighting, watering, grow room conditions etc. but looks like some of your plants need to be watered except for the middle yellowing one maybe too much water.

The temp should be ok as long as you have proper ventilation, however I would try to keep the temp around 70 - 80.

In the above picture, the plants that I marked look pretty dry, see where the dirt is hard and is shrinking in the cup, I'd say that's past due.

It wouldn't hurt to repot your plants into larger pots and try to place those two lights above lower more to the others level.

Check out the following link to see how I got my ghetto cfl settup and how well my plants are doing,

I wouldn't ad any nutes just yet, in fact they could go through the hole veg with only water, four of my best six best plants are fed only water, as of now I have two girls out of the six, I'm hoping for at least one more girl before I start cloning/flowering.

If interested check out my grow journal there is a link located in my signature, I started this journal late and right now there are manly images leading up to where I'm at now, feel free to ask questions, give suggestions or leave comments.

Have you started a journal, or do you plan to? I love going through journals.

I would say over feeding merely because i can see some crispy brown tips to go with the yellowing.
You may also have locked out the N in the soil with over use of hard water, never use nutes in the first 3-4weeks:blsmoke:
Apart from that i would say that they are looking nice and theres not much stretch at all.
